He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard D. Bice and Kathryn E. Bice (Henry). He is survived by: his children, Daniel Bice (Julie), Juli Goliver (Derwin), Nathaniel Bice (Kasey), Richard Bice (Natalie), Morgan Limbert (Eric) and Trevor King; his grandchildren, Danielle, Nick, Jake, Madi, Shelby (Dustin), Cameron, Gabby, Olivia, Audesy, Chance, Zayden, Monique, Landon, Ava, Adam, Emma and Henry; and his siblings, Cindy Thomas (Russ) and Tom Bice (Lisa). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
