Spurrier Fulton (Lacy) of Nashport, Ohio.; his brother Tracy Spurrier, II (Ashley) of Newark; his fiancé Casey Moran of Buckeye Lake; his nieces and nephews, Lexi, Trey and Logan; and his grandparents, Rita Spurrier of Zanesville, Lewis Spurrier, Jim Lacy and Larney Lacy.
