She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Breese (Cordle); her husband Daniel J. Clark; her children, Thomas A. A. Clark (Victorrya Lemon) and Elizabeth D. Clark; her grandchildren, Michael D. Clark, Jayce O. Clark, Rylan J. L. Rothe and Ayden T. Rothe; her sisters, Samantha A. Clark (Kevin E.), Ann R. Lazenby and Rhonda Chadwick; her mother-in-law Debra M. Freeze; her siblings-in-law, Jennifer L. Clark and Tony Clark; and her nieces and nephews, Garrette M. Clark, Lilliann P. Clark, Paiton M. Clark, Eric Lazenby, Aaron Lazenby, Brandy Barthe and Danielle Chadwick. She is also survived by numerous grandnieces and grandnephews; and a host of other family members and friends.
