He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Sullivan, Jr. and Mary Sullivan (Eing); and his siblings, Michael, Mark, David, Thomas and Jenell.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Sullivan (Westhoven); his son Kevin Sullivan of Powell; the mother of his child Kym Wells of Powell; and his sister Edith Sullivan of Genoa Township. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
