She was predeceased by: her parents, William Winter and Margaret Winter (Robinson); and her husband Franklin Gilmer. She is survived by: her children, James Gilmer (Kelly), Eric Gilmer (Bonnie), Joseph Gilmer (Patrick Evans), Judie Saunders (Rick) and Clayton Gilmer (Michelle). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren with one on the way, many nieces and nephews.
In light of the restrictions of the Coronavirus, a private graveside service will be held by the immediate family in Glen Rest Memorial Estate, Reynoldsburg.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Buckeye Lake Fire Department in Peggy's memory.
