He was predeceased by: his siblings, Gary Rogers and Barbara Rogers; and his aunt Velma Beasley. He is survived by: his spouse Dedra "Dee" Rogers (Grotegeer); his daughter Christina Holt (John); his grandchildren, Jared Franks, Sean Franks and Nick Franks; his great grandchild Lucas Franks; and his siblings-in-law, Debbie Gard (Tom), John Grotegeer, Robert Grotegeer and Randy Grotegeer (Vallie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
