He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Voelker and Pearl Voelker; and his children, Vicki Stroud, Gale A. Galliway, Joe Wylie and Gregory Wylie.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Voelker (Kearney); his children, Kim K. Carroll (Clay), Lindy Jo White, Todd A. Wylie, Debbie Prendergast and Sue A. Campbell; and his son-in-law Dave Stroud. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service (285 E Main St, Kirkersville, OH 43033). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Green Lawn Cemetery (1000 Greenlawn Ave, Columbus, OH 43223).
