It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Birdie Allen of Buckeye Lake, Ohio, born in Perry, Ohio, who passed away on August 1, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam W. McGee and Clara Shoemaker McGee; her husband Floyd Allen; her son David Allen; and her grandson Aaron Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Allen (Carol) of Unity Twp and Clara J. Blackburn (Lonnie) of Newark, OH; her daughter-in-law Karen Allen of Bergholz, OH; and her grandchildren, Louis Allen, Robert Allen, Jr., Darcie Coffey, Brian Allen and Floyd Morrison. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
