She was predeceased by: her parents, James S. Jr. Smith and Margaret C. Smith (Klouse); and her daughter Kimberli Dornon. She is survived by: her children, Darel Scott Lenhart of Buckeye Lake, Timothy Douglas Lenhart of Millersport, Lesa Morris of Somerset and Amber Wellman of Cleveland; and her siblings, Donna Holley (John) of Columbus, Sandra Sanders (Terrie) of Nevada and James Smith (Janie) of Columbus. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
