She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Hamilton and Pearlie Mae Tackett Hamilton; her siblings, Phillip Hamilton, Billie Hall and Wilma Ann Hamilton; and her great grandchild Alyssa Holbrook.
She is survived by: her children, Duane Holbrook (Donna) of Glouster, Michael Holbrook (Missy) of Glouster, Alana Loudermilk (Jan) of Glouster and Amy Strong (Bruce Conley) of Nelsonville; her close friend Wayne Holbrook of Kentucky; her grandchildren, Daniel, Randy, Josh, Britnie Hoolbrook and Preston Loudermilk; her great grandchildren, Joey, Josie and Tommy; her siblings, Gary Hamilton and Patricia White; and her pets, Bella and Lilly.
