He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Conkel and Mamie Conkel (Hollander); his son-in-law Paul Sufronko; and his friend James F. Raynor. He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his children, Kim D. Sufronko of Buchtel and Kelby R. Conkel (Jamie) of Lancaster; and his grandchildren, Brandon M. Sufronko, Samuel D. Conkel and Maggie G. Conkel.
