He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry E. Hoffman and Marilyn J. Hoffman (Hauger); and his brother Michael Hoffman. He is survived by: his brother Steve Hoffman (Diane) of Aurora, Ohio; his nieces, Jodi Irving (Larry) of Napoleon, Heather Felden of Madison and Amy Hoffman of Columbus, Ohio; and his nephew Jason Hoffman of Elkhart, Indiana.
A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Shiffler Cemetery.
