Rowe (Bryan, Ohio), born in Tazewell, Virginia, who passed away on April 4, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Brown and Herma Brown (Shreve); and her siblings, Lois Brown, Charles "Bud" Brown and Joe Bill Brown.
She is survived by: her spouse Charles E. Rowe; her daughters, Janet Gilbert (Rodney) of Bryan and Jessica Durham (Kenny) of Pioneer; her grandsons, Tyson Gilbert of Stryker, Colin Gilbert (Lauren) of Delphi and Spencer Durham of Marion; and her sister Betty Ramsey (William) of Bryan. She is also survived by her parents; husband.
