He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Russell and Jeanette McIntosh; and his uncle Curtis McIntosh. He is survived by: his parents, Jeffery M. Mosier of Montpelier and Kim Mosier (Tim) of Bryan; his sister Rachel E. McIntosh of Montpelier; his grandparents, Rhoe and Peggy Apt; and his aunts and uncles, Mike Apt (Rita), Vicki Sexton, John McIntosh and Minh Tran.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to the funeral home to help defray expenses.
