He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis C. Roy and Judith Roy (Storts); and his grandparents, Richard, Edna Storts, George and Louise Roy.

He is survived by: his brothers, Richard Roy (Amy) of Lexington and Robert Roy (Erica Krausen) of Bryan; his nieces and nephews, Brooke Roy of Manhattan, Bryce Roy of Lexington, Mason Roy of Bryan, Nolan and Evan; and his pet Bogart.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Krill Funeral Home (860 W Mulberry St, Bryan, OH 43506). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Floral Grove Cemetery.
