He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolland E. Perkey and Margine A. Perkey (Buckmaster). He is survived by: his former wife Patricia "Ann" Swinehart; his wife Patricia "Ann" Perkey of Bryan; his children, Mark A. Perkey (Nila Kulikowski) of Pensacola, FL, Julie Kohout (Joe) of Napoleon and Karen Perkey (Chris Bramlage) of Atlanta, Georgia; his grandchildren, Erica Godsey (Anthony), Stephanie Dreyer (Mark), Allison Tuley and Ryan Kohout; and his sister Carol Perkins of Lancaster, OH.. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
