He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Shell and Sandra J. Segrist (Randall); his brother Russell Shell; his aunt Betty John; and his uncle Gail John.
He is survived by: his brother Rick Shell (Joanie) of Johnstown, Ohio; his nephews, Anthony Shell of Bryan and Fletcher Shell of Johnstown; his niece Rylee Cooper (Brian) of Blacklick, Ohio; his great-nephew Elijah Shell; his great-nieces, Mariah Shell and Quinn Cooper; his stepmother Mary Shell of Allons, Tennessee; his stepsiblings, Joshua Vance, Staci Morris (Aaron) of Tennessee and Jill Charlton (Tom) of Loudonville, Ohio; his uncle Larry Shell (Sheryl) of Allons; and his aunt Connie Spear of Florida.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home (206 N Lynn St, Bryan, OH 43506). A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at the Shiffler Cemetery. A burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at the same location.
