He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter D. and Emma J. Kemp, Sr. (Bost); and his siblings, Walter Kemp, Jr., Marion Kemp, Marvin Kemp, Wilma Kemp, Irene Perdew and Helen Arnos.
He is survived by: his wife Irene B. Ensman; his sons, Robert Kemp of Bryan and Michael Kemp (Robin) of Archbold; his grandchildren, Dustin Kemp, Allison Stevens and Michaela Kemp; and his great grandchild Keegan Stevens.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to the Cruisin' Knights Car Club.
