He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn Houtchen and Edith Caroline Perry (Peggs); his brother Donnie; and his grandchildren, Deacon and Gage.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa M. Perry of Stryker; his children, Jamie Demmien of Cresent Springs, KY., Richard Perry, Jr. (Amanda) of Walton, KY, Kelli Martin (Jeff) of Burlington, KY. and James Perry (Sharleen); his grandchildren, Jeff, Mitchell, Rodrick, Mercedes, Ellianna, Aiden, Tyler, Taylor and Jordan; his great grandchildren, Ace, Hendrix and Brylee; and his brothers, Cecil Perry (Theresa), Mike Perry (Robbin), Jeff Perry and Robert Perry (Diane).
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Krill Funeral Service - Bryan (860 W Mulberry St, Bryan, OH 43506). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bryan Eagles (221 S Walnut St, Bryan, OH 43506). A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at the Fountain Grove Cemetery (425 E Fountain Grove Dr, Bryan, OH 43506).
