He is survived by: his wife Theresa M. Perry of Stryker; his children, Jamie Demmien of Cresent Springs, KY., Richard Perry, Jr. (Amanda) of Walton, KY, Kelli Martin (Jeff) of Burlington, KY. and James Perry (Sharleen); his grandchildren, Jeff, Mitchell, Rodrick, Mercedes, Ellianna, Aiden, Tyler, Taylor and Jordan; his great grandchildren, Ace, Hendrix and Brylee; and his brothers, Cecil Perry (Theresa), Mike Perry (Robbin), Jeff Perry and Robert Perry (Diane).
