He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob S. Greene and Nora E. Greene (Cunningham); his wife Margaret Ann Stickney; and his brother Robert Greene. He is survived by: his daughters, Gale Figy of Mesa and Holly Hosterman (John) of Harleysville, Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Kelly Burns, Kimberly Limber, Melaney Limber and Garrett Figy; his stepgrandchildren, Brent, Trevor, Jade and Chandler Hosterman; his great grandchildren, Ariel Armstrong, Nicholas (Frances), Kristopher Burns, Koral Limber, Nathaniel Chrisman, Silas, Faith McGuiness, Nyomi, Celina Astorga, Savannah, Lacey, Aryan and Wyatt Figy; his stepgreat-granddaughter Lucy Dayton; his great great grandchild Isabella Armstrong; and his nephews, Thomas Greene, Kirk and Kent Stickney.

The family requests that instead of flowers, memorial donations be given to the Wesley United Methodist Church Outreach program in his memory.
