He is survived by: his wife Angela Merritt; his children, Presiliano "Justin" Lerma, III of Hamler and Molly Lerma of Lansing, MI; his stepdaughter Ashley Borck; his granddaughter Annabelle; his siblings, Geroge Lerma (Oralia) of Wauseon, Rose Lerma of Bryan, Alberto Lerma of Delta, Angie Stewart (Chad) of Sylvania and Brandy Woerner; and his nephew Jerry Zavala.
The family requests that memorial contributions be given to the benevolence of the family.
