Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Paul Vinson Harr of Bryan, Ohio, born in Elliottville, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 85, on February 10, 2024. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Harr and Thelma Harr (Scaggs); and his siblings, Richard, Vernon, William, Michael, Randy, Sandra and Frances.

He is survived by: his brothers, Dennis Harr of Stryker, Danny Harr (Linda) of Stuart and Harold Harr of Stuart, Florida.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family requests that memorial contributions be given the charity of the donor's choice.
