He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Harr and Thelma Harr (Scaggs); and his siblings, Richard, Vernon, William, Michael, Randy, Sandra and Frances.
He is survived by: his brothers, Dennis Harr of Stryker, Danny Harr (Linda) of Stuart and Harold Harr of Stuart, Florida.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
