He was predeceased by: his father James A. Kotts; his wife Dolores Kotts; his sister Dawn Kotts; and his stepfather Terry Schutte. He is survived by: his mother Janet E. Kotts (Butler) of Bryan; his children, Nicole Kotts of Colorado, Dominique Kotts of Bryan, Joseph of California and Aviel Kotts of California; and his siblings, Tim Kotts of California, Deann Kotts of Delaware and Jerri Kotts of Michigan.
