He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hoffman and Marilyn Hoffman (Hauger); and his wife Sherlene L. Smith. He is survived by: his children, Jodi Irving (Larry) of Napoleon and Jason Hoffman of Elkhart, Indiana; his grandchildren, Logan Irving (Morgan) of Napoleon and Andrea Irving (Kody Boehm) of Napoleon; his great grandchild Fulton Irving; and his brothers, Steve Hoffman (Diane) of Aurora and William Hoffman of Bryan.
The family has requested that those planning an expression of sympathy to consider memorial contributions be made to Community Health Professionals Inpatient Hospice Center, 6825 State Route 66, Defiance, Ohio 43512, or Wounded Warriors Foundation.
