He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ronald W. Clark of Bryan and Mary Ellen Clark (Wines); his wife Darlene K. Figgins; his son Chris Allen Partee of Toledo, Ohio; his siblings, Sandra Kay Wright of Hicksville, Ohio and Steven James Clark (Kathy) of Safety Harbor, Florida.; his daughter Carrie Ann Partee; and his brother-in-law Randy Wright.
