She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Worrick (Luna) and Leonard Worrick; and her grandson Brandin Curtis. She is survived by: her sons, John Curtis and Ron Curtis; and her grandchildren, Bethany Clucas, Nicole Spallino (Curtis) and Alea Curtis. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
