He was predeceased by: his parents, James Russell Lowell Blanchard and Hazel Inez Blanchard (Wolf); his wife Elizabeth Ann Blanchard (Rohn); and his sister Carmen Lassen. He is survived by: his sons, Steve Blanchard (Cathy) of Indianapolis, Jeff Blanchard (Sherry) of Fremont and Mark Blanchard (Rebecca) of Margate, Florida; his grandchildren, Amanda Cupples (Brian), Julie Vaughan (Jeremy), Rob Blanchard (Jordan), Rachel Carpenter (Bryan), Scott Blanchard (Julia), Nikki Lindsay (Matthew) and David Blanchard; and his brother L. B. Blanchard of Bradenton, Florida.. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
