She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clayton Slater and Lew Ellen Slater (Davis); her husband Franklin F. Haase; her children, Deborah Hirsch (Mark) of Bryan, Jeffery Haase (Sandy Conley) of Peoria, Jesse Haase (Ana Murillo) of Peoria and Jon Haase (Chris) of Bryan; her brothers, Wayne Slater of Elkhart and Howard Slater (Janet) of Shipshewana, Indiana.; and also Marjorie Dossett of Salina. She was also cherished by twelve grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donation to the Community Health Professionals Home Care & Hospice Program.
