She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Fowler and Helen Fowler (Adams). She is survived by: her spouse Raymond D. Carter; her daughters, Denise Collins (Terry) of Bryan, Teresa Robinson (Lonnie) of Garrett and Brenda Bunnell of Bryan; her grandchildren, Matthew Collins (Erika), Andrew Collins, Justin Bunnell (Chelsea), Brittany Carter and Erica Robinson; and her sister Darlene Stuchell (Tom) of Hillsdale.
