She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert A. Kerr and Lucille Kerr (Brown); her husband Robert Miller; her brother-in-law James Lowe; her nephew Jonathan Clark; her stepson Tracy Miller; her parents-in-law, Marion and Francis Miller; and her siblings-in-law, Margery Moyers (Bell Jr.), Roger Miller and Raymond Miller.
She is survived by: her siblings, Richard Kerr (Debora) of Concord, Michigan, Kathleen Clark (Ronald) of Bloomington and Kristine Lowe of Bryan, Ohio; her nieces and nephews, Christopher Kerr, Brian Kerr (Liana), Emily Zarse (Nathan), Lauren Crites (Tyler), Heather McMaster (Andy), Alex Lowe (Helen) and Amber Hart (Leland); her stepdaughters, Pam Chio of Wooster and Pat Virgili (Terry) of Ashland, Ohio; her sister-in-law Ann Miller; and her cousin Lynda Morris. She is also survived by 13 great-nieces and nephew, seven step-grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions be made to Williams County Humane Society or to Hillside Country Living Garden Fund.
