She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles William and Frances Irene Benline (Helt); and her grandmother Lucy Benline. She is survived by: her children, Lettie Benline of Columbus, Ohio and Richard Benline of Columbus, Ohio; her grandchildren, Madyson Benline, Jakob Benline, Gavin Reardon and Katie Benline; her sister Anna Marie Burgy of Cambridge, Ohio; and her significant other Tom Culbertson of Bryan.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that those planning an expression of sympathy to consider memorial contributions be made to the Charity of the Donor's Choice.
