He was predeceased by: his brother Jason Scalf; and his grandparents, Jack, Anna Scalf, Mona Ewalt, James Hurst and Anthony Paxton.
He is survived by: his parents, Terry Scalf and Melissa Williams (Hubert) of Montpelier, Ohio; and his siblings, Jamie Scalf of Montpelier, Ohio, Andrew Scalf of Barberton, Ryan Kinzer (Renee) of Pioneer and Travis Kinzer (Harley) of Bryan, Ohio.
