He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Seibert and Gertrude Seibert (Weber); and his brothers, Robert, Michael, John and George Seibert.
He is survived by: his wife Lucile A. Herman; his children, Stephen Seibert (Jane) of Avilla, Douglas Seibert (Kathleen) of Ney, Christine Wilson (Lee) of Wauseon, Eva Mavis (Larry) of Farmer, Nicholas Seibert (Laurie) of Bryan and Kathryn Bray (Jay) of Noblesville, Indiana; and his sister Mary Seibert of Reading. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; thirty-eight great-grandchildren; and one sister.
Memorial contributions are requested to Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart in Reading, Pennsylvania, St. Patrick Catholic Church, St. Mary Catholic School, or a charity of the donor's choice.
