He was predeceased by: his mother Evalee Milliman Carr; and his siblings, Debbie Carr, Ron Carr and Tim Carr. He is survived by: his father Donald Bruce Carr of Bryan, OH.; his sons, Donald H. Carr of Mooresboro, NC. and Rusty Carr of Mooresboro, NC.; his siblings, Linda Carr, Midge Carr, Jim Carr of Bryan, OH., Danny Carr of Bryan, OH., Jeff Carr of Bryan, OH. and Steve Carr; and his grandson Justice Bevis.
Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic it is requested that masks and social distancing be practiced during the visitation and funeral service.
