He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Kralicek, and Jennie V. Kralicek, Jr. (Brewer). He is survived by: his children, Craig, Trisha and Heather; his sister Susan; and his caregiver Sindi. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
