She is survived by: her husband Howard Schafer of Bryan, Ohio; her children, Neil Schaffner (Mindy) of Mount Vernon, Lamar Schaffner (Kelly) of West Unity and Loyal Schaffner (Lynn) of West Unity, Ohio; and her sister Marlene Yost (Gaylord).
Due to the ongoing pandemic the family asks those attending the services to wear a mask.
