He is survived by: his parents, Steve Rios and Tina L. Roesch (Brett) of Montpelier; his children, Mila L., Aria S. Rios of Oakwood and Sylas D. Rios of Bryan; his siblings, Amber L. Zuber of Montpelier, Martina M. Rios of Bryan, Michael R. Rios (Regan) of Ft. Hood, Brittney A. Dummitt of Pioneer and Brandon Dummitt (Hailee) of Montpelier; his grandparents, Robert, Connie Roesch, Gavino and Gloria Rios; his former spouse Alexis F. Thomas of Oakwood; and his nieces and nephews, Daisy Baker, Alexis Baker, Landon Rios, Brooklyn Baker, Bella Dummit, Mason Zuber, Ellie Rios, Bishop Dummitt, Remmington Rios and Benson Rios.

Per the Governors orders, those wishing to attend services should wear a mask and follow the recommended social distancing guidelines.

Memorial contributions may be given to Tina to set up a fund for his children.
