He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Milton and Maggie Williams (Price); and his brother Merlin Fortner. He is survived by: his spouse Mary R. Tarini; his sons, Randy Williams of Bryan, Rick Barton (Kathy) of Bryan and John Barton (Michelle) of West Unity; and his siblings, Lilly Mae Evans of Tennessee, Emma Owens of Tennessee, Violet Wright of Tennessee, Maston Williams (Diane) of Toledo, Robert Williams (Diane) of Gold Beach, Kathy Linehan, Kevin Williams and Jean Sowell of El Cago. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
