He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ballmer and Velva Ballmer (Schoonover); his former wife Hazel Lavina Gross; his wife Harriet Rowley (Ford); his son Dennis Ballmer; and his siblings, Alva Ballmer, Rev. Verle Ballmer and Lois Masters.
He is survived by: his son Randy Ballmer (Sripai) of Bryan; his stepchildren, Donald Rowley (Shelli) of Marion, IN, Sandy Stevens (Michael) of Morenci, MI and Bert Rowley (Michelle) of Hudson, MI; his grandchildren, Roongroon "Jum" Fox (Jeff), Paibool "Joe" Ballmer and Poolswadi "Jep" Ballmer; and his pet Jake. He is also survived by 8 step grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
