He is survived by: his sons, Randy Apple (Sue) of Delphos and Tim Apple (Connie) of Bryan; his grandchildren, Travis Apple (Amanda Cohen) of Miami, Brooke Phelps (Brady) of Hoople, Tiffany Finch of Michigan Center, Staci Apple of Bryan, Corey Apple (Marcella Cherry) of Ney and Trevor Apple of Bryan; his great grandchildren, Micah Phelps, Mason Finch, Ciera Finch, Miles Finch, Lane Hurlbert, Xavier Oliphant, Alexis Oliphant, Mya Apple, Jolie Apple, Chloe Apple and Piper Apple; and his brother Morris John Apple of Sarasota, Florida..
