With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Henry Case Sr. of Bryan, Ohio, born in Harold, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Case, and Maltie Marie Case, Sr. (Kidd); his grandson Dylan; and his brothers, Worlie "Duke" Case and Dallas Case, Jr..
He is survived by: his girlfriend Martha Hartman of Bryan; his sons, Henry David Dale (Lesa) of Columbus and Isaac Case of Conneaut, Ohio; his grandchildren, Jared, Jennifer, Kelly and Sara; his sister-in-law Mary Ann Case of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; and his pet Sweetie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Community Health Professionals Hospice or the Williams County Humane Society.
