She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Leslie and Arletta Dale Blake (Spears); and her brothers, Jerry Blake, Barry Glenn Blake and Randy Blake.
She is survived by: her close friend William Grant of Bryan; her children, Charles H. Blankenship (Sandy) of Ashland and Elizabeth Dawn Keeton (William) of Ashland, Kentucky; and her sisters, Sandra Spencer (Glenn) of Huntington and Lynn Hatfield (Gary) of Milton. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
