He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold H. Bostater and Patricia Bostater (Bishop); his stepfather Ford Stahler; his siblings, Danny Bostater, Vickie Bostater and Carol Sue Austin; his half-brother Todd Stahler; and his great grandchild Peyton Jesse.
He is survived by: his sons, Toby Bostater (Sarah) of Ney and Tony Bostater (Shelia) of Ney; his grandchildren, Kayla Jesse (Kirk), Chelsey Hardman (Ryan), Brandon Bostater, Hunter Bostater and Austin Bostater; his great grandchildren, Lincoln, Norah, Rhett, Raelynn, Palmer and Ronin; his sisters, Diana "Kay" Stahler, Pat Furler, Bonnie Schilt and Kathy Bostater; his half-sisters, Tammy Shafer (David) and Anne Meyer; and his brother Terry Bostater (Kathy) of Montpelier.
