She was predeceased by: her parents, Gallie F. Ramey and Mary Marie Ramey (Stiltner); her spouse Vidal Rivera; her son Charles Mullins; and her siblings, Bobby and Joy.
She is survived by: her children, Susie Mack (Kurt) of McComb, Mildred Mullins of Coco Beach, Lori Mullins of Sherwood, John Kelly of Princeton, Virginia and Rita Rivera of Plymouth, Michigan; and her sister Snow Bear (Joe) of Defiance. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
