It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma Middleton (Bryan, Ohio), who passed away on January 7, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William W. Sobieck and Melva M. Sobieck (Boutwell); her spouse William Earl Middleton, Sr.; her children, Patricia Ann Helms (Spurlock) and Shane Middleton; her grandson Madison Wade Coleman; and her sister Eleanor Morris Michaels.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Bruce Middleton (Judy) of Virginia, Jeffrey Brent Middleton (Sandy) of Toledo, Deb Shrider (Wesley) of Mt. Blanchard, Amie Burr (Gary) of Bryan and Leonard Coleman (Cindy) of Shelbiana, Kentucky; her daughter-in-law Amber Middleton of Bryan; and her siblings, William Sobieck, Jr. of Sherwood, Jean Vogelsong (Paul) of Defiance, Dorothy Shegitz of Bryan and Melvia "Millie" Rakes of Defiance. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 13 great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
