He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Leininger and Lois Leininger (Schlosser); and his brothers, Carl and Richard Leininger. He is survived by: his son Michael Leininger (Karen) of Stryker, Ohio; his stepgrandson D. J. Underwood (Sarah) of Coldwater, Michigan; and his stepgreat-grandson Odin Underwood.
