He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion L. Wines and Mary Wines (Ross); his daughter Sharon Badenhop; his grandson Ryan Wines; and his siblings, James Wines, Patsy Wines, Judith Shaffer and Sharon Miller.
He is survived by: his children, John D. Wines of Bryan, David M. Wines (Teresa) of Bryan and Barbara A. Brennan (Tom) of Wauseon; and his son-in-law Dean Badenhop of Napoleon. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to Bryan American Legion Post 284 or the Hillside Activity Fund.
