He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred N. Welly and Ruth L. Welly (Snyder); and his daughter Christina Welly. He is survived by: his children, Sonya Frame (Merrill) of Edgerton, Lanny Welly of Pioneer and Charlotte Prewitt (Greg) of Galena, Ohio; his grandchildren, Travis, Tyler, Miranda, Allison, Nicholas, Katie and Dani; his stepgrandchildren, Rylin and Bailey; his great grandchildren, Grayson and Parker; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Dylan and Kole.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Krill Funeral Service - Bryan (860 W Mulberry St, Bryan, OH 43506). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
