He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Walter Scott Unger (Minnie Krill Unger) and Don; his wife Evelyn N. Carroll; his daughter Nadene Sease; his granddaughter Angela Unger; and his brother Carl Unger.
He is survived by: his sons, Doug Unger (Sonya), Scott Unger (Linda) and Dennis Unger (Phillip Carter); and his grandchildren, Benjamin Alexander Sease, Don Andrew Sease, Deana O'Callaghan, Jacob Unger, Anastasia Mirelez, Jason Unger and Ryan Unger. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Krill Funeral Service - Bryan (860 W Mulberry St, Bryan, OH 43506). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Shiffler Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
