He is survived by: his spouse Linda Rastetter (Church); his daughters, Jodi Spangler (Tyson) of Edgerton and Casie Phillips (David Marihugh) of Bryan; his stepchildren, Rick Rastetter, Drew Rastetter of Tampa and Angie Boyer of Tampa; his granddaughters, Merissa Taylor of Montpelier, Katlynn Phillips of Archbold, MacKenzie Spangler and Sadie Walther; his great grandchild Lillian Bell of Montpelier; his mother Irene Stoufer of Bryan; and his brother Dan Stoufer (Liz) of Sherwood.
